4 salmon cutlets or portions.
Fresh herbs- parsely / dill / chives.
1 glass dry white wine. Olive oil.
Salt and freshly milled black peppers.
4x8" foil circles.
Lightly oil foil circles. Place portion / cutlet of salmon on each. Scatter chopped herbs over fish. Pour on wine and season. Fold foil and seal edges tightly, leaving room for steam to circulate. bake in a pre-heated oven 190C / 375F / Gas 5 for 15 - 20 minutes.
